4. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, pricing error, delivery details, or suspected fraud.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonable, including where:
- payment is not received or is reversed
- an item is unavailable
- incorrect information was entered
- there is a pricing or website error
- we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where applicable.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices on our website are displayed primarily in Australian Dollars (AUD). Customers may choose to view prices in their preferred available currency using the currency selector on our website.

- discount codes cannot be combined
- discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
- promotions are valid only during the stated period

- we may cancel or amend a promotion if there is misuse, technical error, or suspected fraud

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other events outside our control.
8. Returns, exchanges, and faulty items

Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy or these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the issue. The ACCC explains that when consumer guarantees are not met, the remedy depends on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor.

9. Product care
Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label and on our website.
BAL is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, soaking, bleaching, tumble drying, harsh chemicals, rough surfaces, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
10. Reviews, photos, and user content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, testimonial, or other content to BAL, you confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
By submitting content to us, you allow BAL to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for website, social media, email, advertising, and marketing purposes.
We may remove or refuse to publish content that we consider false, offensive, misleading, inappropriate, or unlawful.
Where possible, we will ask permission before reposting customer images from social media.
